3. Hotel: the name of the hotel where all the participants are going to stay during the championship is Hotel NH Ciutat de Vic.

5. Transportation: all the participants of the championship will travel from the hotel to the Club Tennis Vic with an autocar. Meals: the breakfast and the dinner will take place in the hotel, but the snack and the lunch will take place in the Tennis Club, respecting a schedule : 7:30 a.m. – 8:10 a.m. Breakfast 1:00 p.m. – 2:15 p.m. Lunch 4:15 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Snack 9:00 p.m. – 10:15 p.m. Dinner

Schedule 6:45 a.m. – 7:15 a.m. Get up 7:30 a.m. – 8:10 a.m. Breakfast 8:15 a.m. Take the bus to go to Club Tennis Vic 8:50 a.m. The championship will start 12:10 a.m. Take the bus to return at the Hotel 1:00 p.m. – 2:15 p.m. Lunch 2:30 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. During this time the participants can practise in the tracks or go to the swimming pool. 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. All the participants are going to visit the city of Vic ( if you carry money you can buy something ) 9:00 p.m. – 10:15 p.m. Dinner 10:45 p.m. Bedtime

7. Others -The clothes that all the participants need to play at the championship, will be given the same day that they arrived. -The groups will be made the same day that they arrived at the hotel.
