An articulate, confident and self-motivated professional with over a decade of experience within Business
Development, most recently operating on a consultancy basis with a particular focus on improving business
efficiency and revenue through the implementation of new strategies. As a result of my experience I have
become accustomed to understanding organisational objective both long and short term and planning the
attainment of this in line with budgets and resource capabilities.

May 2014 – November 2015 Telemarketing PMI clients for insurance broker
1. Cold calling to potential new clients 200 calls per day and liaising with consultant, arranging
appointments within geographical area.
Feb 2013 – May 2014: Number of small new business enterprises
2. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, to influence business change.
3. Understanding the organisational objectives and ensuring that all individuals involved is working to
meet or exceed all KPI's.
4. Understanding the competing markets, reviewing competitor actions and planning operations in line
with this.
5. Applying knowledge and experience to be able to develop and drive a business strategy within the
budget expectations.
October 2010 - Feb 2013: MAX/LFW Insurance – Consultant
Joined them as consultant developing new business and servicing clients. Max unable to provide admin
support necessary. Brokerage approx £40,000 per annum

6. Analysing the current processes in place and liaise with the necessary individuals to design and
execute new procedures.
7. Carrying out monthly business reviews ensuring to cover all aspects that may affect revenue intake.

 Financial responsibilities; managing finances and overseeing daily reconciliation.
