1. Gołąbki with
potatoes

2. Ingredients:
cabbage
potatoes
egg
mushrooms
onion
pepper
salt
butter

3. Preparation of potatoes:
Peel and
grate the
potatoes.
Put into a
sieve.
When the
water has
drained,
add pepper,
salt and
egg.

4. Preparing mushrooms
Peel and cut mushrooms, fry with onion and butter.

5. 1. Brew cabbage in
salted water.
2. Put a few leaves of
cabbage on the bottom
of a saucepan, add fat.
3. Put mushrooms and
potatoes on a leaf of
cabbage and roll. Put
stuffed cabbage into a
pot with butter.
4. Bake for 3-4 hours
on low heat.
5. Serve with
mushroom sauce.
