Each year I create 4 different campaigns for birthday cards. I always add our picture to the cards for the boys and girls as a picture helps them remember who we are.
Enjoying a 98% referral business takes a bit of effort but it’s totally worth it. With SOC you can create groups and send a card you design to multiple recipients with the click of a button. It all started in 2011 at the Taste of the Chamber. Park St Market won. Since I always carry a camera, I snapped these pictures. I sent this card congratulating them on their win. We signed the card Steve and Gayle Zientek The Network Team at Evenboer Walton Realtors and added our phone numbers. The card was sent and forgotten about. Several days later the phone rang and it was Kiar. He thanked Gayle for the card and said he and is family were relocating to Kalamazoo and could we meet to discuss some options. A year later Kiar purchased the home you see on this slide….
We were invited to Kiar and Eva’s wedding in 2013. We met more of the family. 6 months after this card was sent it was still proudly displayed in the living room of their home. We’ve helped brother’s family find a rental, sister and family are currently looking upwards of 300+ and mom and dad looking for lake home. One card sent to a “stranger” in 2011 has developed into a great friendship.
