3. Q.1 How many years of experience?
Actually , Experience is good to reach to your desire
challenge and I am in this field since 15 years. I have
started my service on 1998
4. Q.2 how do you take your work?
I always tack my work as challenge, all time I am
trying my best to learn something new. Every people
have different requirement and I have to satisfy it by
taking that challenge .
5. Q.3 During your long successful career, you
might have faced some challenges
Yes, not only one time, many times I faced many
unexpected problems. Sometime the people who work
under me, do not work according to I said. Many time
requirement of people are suddenly change at completion
of half work then it is very difficult to manage it.

done by your department.
In our department to check the health of people ,and to
clean the city and to issued to license to a restaurant and
hotel .
7. Q.5 According to you what is a job
satisfaction?
Job satisfaction is very important for any person
and for his life. I love to do my work and I want
to contribute my society as much as possible .
8. Q.6 Sir.. sometimes in your career you might have
faced your juniors are not working according to
your expectations, How do you make them work?
In my carrier so many time I face this problem, That
time my junior did not work according to my order. That
time is more critical for any leader.
9. Q.7Sir.. according to you, what is your
contribution to organisation and how do you
relate it to society?
our organization to help the people for increasing his
awareness about different different inspections, And to fixed
it.
10. Q.8 Can you give me any example of your personal
experience in which you demonstrate "you can do"
attitude and "overcome the fear of failure"?
There are many example but one the most experience is at
last year in our city heavy rain and every where garbage on
the road we must be clean in short terms of time . This is a
critical problem to solve this chellange for me.
11. Q.9 What is short term vision ? And what is your long
term vision?
My short term vision understand health of every people and
fix it. And my long term vision is always be clean our city and
to always be infection free.

please clean your city and do not throw waste any where.for better city and
