From the customer perspective, the full PatchManager client functionality is available via a standard web
browser, removing the need for installation, configuration or maintenance.

Ø Each customer has a dedicated PatchManager database and configuration, ensuring isolation and pro-
tection of customer data

Ø Scalability - virtual machine capacity can be easily increased if demand increases

What are the benefits?
Ø No hardware resources or software installation is required on the customer premises
