2013 Scholarship Application
The CSCMP Central Florida Roundtable has created a scholarship program with the
goal to promote and support the development of college students, both associate and
bachelor’s degree candidates, to enter careers supporting the supply chain industry.
Please complete in its entirety both sides of this application form and return along with
an updated copy of your resume to your Faculty Liaison. Your application and resume
will be forwarded to the CSCMP Central Florida Roundtable Scholarship Committee
Chair.
The deadline for submission to your Faculty Liaison is March 8, 2013.
The awarding of the scholarships will be in April of 2013 at a CSCMP Event.
To be eligible for this scholarship you must be an undergraduate student, be a current
student member of CSCMP, and maintain at least a 3.0 GPA. To become a student
member of CSCMP, visit www.CSCMP.org. Student cost is $35. In registering, when
asked your “occupation” enter “student”. This will be for the student status and rate of
$35.
