This included gathering weekly metrics to report on the local status of the project and ensure

limited to intercompany stock transport orders, direct and indirect spend, subcontracting, and
reporting. This also included data governance restructuring for the material master and vendor

implemented the category strategy approach to the distribution channel incorporating
organization forecasting protocol to create a win-win situation for the partnership established
with suppliers.

external customer service execution success. Insured that the delicate balance of supply on time
delivery and working capital constraints were balanced and in accordance with the guidelines of
