6. SYSTEM OVERVIEW
• System comprises of Citect SCADA system which collects the required data from
Energy meters and PLC system and displays on graphic mimic display pages,
generates trends, alarms, reports as per the requirement.
• LOAD SHED PLC is used for managing the energy , logic developed and stored in
PLC as per the requirement. All the transducer inputs, breaker inputs and output
are taken into it for different tripping, alarms and accurate representation of each
running sections in PLANT.
• Complete PLANT SLD with accurate representation of different section running in
the plant are displayed which provide exact overview of the current Plant
operation (in ref. to electrical energy)
• Generalized architecture are shown in next slide—How EMS collects data from
different energy meters, relays, transducers and other inputs from devices.
• Our EMS system is completely “OPEN” and capable to communicate with almost
all the devices from Standard Make, and completely customizable.
