Three of our 5 team members are not living in their home
country, and the other 2 have traveled. For us, the idea of jet lag
is a problem, especially when the time difference is between 6
and 10 hours.
Our assignment will look at jet lag and the sleep problems that
stem from it. We will explore alternative ideas to either prevent
jet lag or minimize the effects on the human body.
