Jet Lag
                            
 Three of our 5 team members are not living in their home
  country, and the other 2 have traveled. For us, the idea of jet lag
  is a problem, especially when the time difference is between 6
  and 10 hours.
 Our assignment will look at jet lag and the sleep problems that
  stem from it. We will explore alternative ideas to either prevent
  jet lag or minimize the effects on the human body.
Influence the Brain or Body
                            
1.   Use colored lights to change our biorhythms
2.   Hypnosis (for sleep in flight – or to stay awake)
3.   Binaural heartbeat to lower brain frequencies
4.   Earplugs and eye covering masks
5.   Sound canceling headphones
6.   Increase of decrease blood oxygen

10. Preflight time change - stay up longer or get up later
11. Eat foods that induce sleep - increase bodies serotonin
