5. Not all Indonesian ci?zen are brave enough to speak their mind and voices.
Indonesian ci?zen had lots of dream for this na?on but only few people that are
brave enough to work hard, speak loud, and achieve the dream they dream.
This na?on is just need bunch of its ci?zen to create movement in any sector to

23. While taking important decisions Millennials are driven by Family,
Purpose and Explore. Yet, they have a sense of achievement: playing
small doesn’t make any difference for them. It is important to note that Millennials do
not confuse achievement with recogni;on. They definitely do not take important
decisions with the inten;on to gain more power or social status.
They are curious about the world and don’t take things for
granted. Desire to witness what is happening around with
their own eyes is something important to Millennials. This
genera;on is about “creaEon”: they ready to build, teach, and helping our
surrounding.

Almost half of the respondents know about the Global Goals. Most of them
men;oned University and AIESEC as two key sources of informa;on from where
they can learn and start ac;ng upon the Global Goals.
41. In AIESEC we believe that Leadership is the fundamental
solu2on to achieve peace and fulfillment of humankind poten?al. In
order to get closer to this vision by 2030, we need young people to
step up as leaders to drive posi?ve societal change. It is important to
understand; who do young people consider as their role-models as
leaders and which characteris?cs do they value the most.

Propert Muhammad, Ir. Soekarno, Ridwan Kamil and Joko Widodo head the
chart. Our former Indonesia President like Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and
B.J. Habibi also made frequent appearances in the responses. It is however
peculiar how young people perceive poli?cians! In top nine we can see one of
our Mayor, Ahok. Most awesome part is that finally we can see a woman
leader; Susi PudjiastuI (our Minister) and Tri Risma Harini (our Mayor) Is it
because these figures demonstrate specific characteris?cs that young people
value the most?
45. ENGAGEMENT
It is a universally known fact that for long-term change to be driven, the
youth of today have to play a key role in driving that change. But, how

68. Greater the number of people who know about YouthSpeak, louder the
youth's voice will be. If we all strive for that, the decision makers of today
all around the world will hear the decision-makers of tomorrow. So
#YouthSpeak needs to get viral. We’re working to get YouthSpeak into
websites and press, broadcast on every social media and classroom,
pinned to every community no?ceboard and sent to every mobile phone.
But that won’t be enough. We need your help to share the message about
YouthSpeak. In conversa?ons, on e-mail, in debates, on products, at home,
at work, at school –whatever it takes to tell everyone.
69. One and only #StoryWeMade dedicated to this year people first.
For the people who are with me for the past years, you need to be patient, I had lot to share :)
Simply its started in Q1 review where I share to my MC team that I don’t have a proper team that make me effective.
I used to be a single fighter to make everything happen so fast but not anymore.
Second semester begin, I have three LCPs that on board with me, Agita Tunjungsari Ariz Maulanasyah Cleo Indaryono are the one who work with me for
YouthSpeak helping me to co-create YouthSpeak for Indonesia happen together with Prajurit team. Having you three with me, make me understand that
communication isn’t that easy, it has to be clear, detailed, 100% delivered, not perfect but beyond perfections, we define unusual things and create
benchmark!
To you who see YouthSpeak is on 11 cities this year, three of them is the one that believe YouthSpeak should be exist in any entity to reach the unreach and
make AIESEC accessible and they spread the greater impact.
You deserve an appreciation! I’m more than lucky to have you three! In whatever you do, don’t forget to inspire people in your own way, because that is why
you are exist in this world; to influence young generation to make greater impact than what they do currently!
To my OCPs of YouthSpeak that challenge me a looooot of my project management!
Iffah, Roma, Fanisya, Royan, Endhe, Izza, Putty, Ndut, Rickhy, Nurul, and Ody - OCP YouthSpeak 2016!
11 people of you bring fun-tears-fights-story-craziness-ideas-and lost more you bring that I cannot put all in here, but you are all matters!
This year is the year where my project management skill are highly challenge! And congrats to you, you are on board on creating my story! You are unique
and benchmarker! You are rock guys! See you on top!

are matters for big movement! We are all no longer blank paper, but we are a paper that will always had a blank space to be filled with new ink. Thank you for
standing until the last moment, together as PyRamid! We dont move the PyRamid, we build it! Thank you, thank you, and thank you!
Also, this year PR had lots of campaign, and we want to make AIESEC Indonesia impact are viral like never before, truly reach the unreach, friendly face, and
bring new fun-purposeful-movement for AIESEC Indonesia and millennials, Lastly, to the gentleman that i love so much! sooooo muuuchhh!!
That I’m nothing without them; Ryan Oktafiandi @Maulana Rizqi Ramadhani Ilmafebriyanto Arkan Zaky
one of you said “ka Didi without team is nothing, but together with us we are BAM!” and that is true!
Remember when I'm angry to you guys because of simply communication things you, you are all just like straight to the point, solving the problem and make
action step, timeline, and assign people based on strengths especially without "baper" atittude, that is the special gift God give to me, you make my life
easier by having mature attitude and living the value of AIESEC without we noticed. Each of single conversation I did to each of you end up with a great
inspiration, for myself that I wanna showcase it to the world or share to people I know. Thank you! How I wanna keep you even after the term end... I love
you!
