• Yes, it is about the Tools. Having the right tool is the most important
thing.
• And, it is about collecting data about things. Nothing is more
important that Data today, right?
• And, it is optimizing the right way to use the tools and the data
together. So, it’s really about the Process, isn’t it. If we had the right
