PT. Commeta Niaga Raya is a procurement & full lment company specialization for marketing and
promotion activity. With range of product from electronic, home appliances, gadget, toys, computer,
jewelry and perks.
We are also supported by our business partner from various electronic and home appliances brand
name as Distributor, Dealer and Agent such as Philips, Sony, Samsung, Sanyo, Sharp, JVC, Panasonic,
LG, Toshiba, Akira, Canon, HP, Sony Ericsson, Nokia, Electrolux and others. We continue to enhance
our service for our clients so that they can have more bene t in their business.
With our range of experience for 11 years (established since 1997):

clients. And with on going communication with clients, from consulting on existing supply
chain processes to advising on the suitable merchandise for a loyalty program or reviewing
the distribution routes, are the key of a successful relationship.
Started from sourcing to receiving of goods and storing, until the nal destination to end
customers, our commitment is to optimization of e ciency of the supply chain to meet our
client's needs. With our proven track record as one-stop procurement and ful llment centre,

Sourcing & Procurement
We have more than 2.000 products from category electronic, home appliances, gadget, toys, computer,
jewelry and perks. And supported with more than 10 Business Partners such as Sony, Samsung, Philips,
LG, Sharp, Olympus, Canon, Hewlett Packard, Acer, Sony Ericsson and many more. With this range of
product and business partners, our team of dedicated merchandisers keeps our clients abreast with
new products available in the local and regional market, negotiate with multiple suppliers on behalf
and perform consolidation of regional merchandise procurement.
Full lment Management
We are very concern about ful llment, because we are fully understand about client expectation when
their customer order the products. With our integraed system, pick and pack experience, team of
highly sta , our client would bene t from the full lement solution that their business requires. We
also provide special packaging request for fragile and high value items or gift wrapping services.
Warehousing & Inventory
We have two warehouses, one located in Pondok Randu are of approximately 3.600 meter square,
another one located in Latumeten are of approximately 1.500 square feet, we have a total of
approximately 2.100 square feet. All the warehouse are integrated to the system allows a smooth
delivery chain of goods to the end customers and able to provide insights into our clients supply chain
trend for on-going improvement in e ciency.

With cooperation with some distribution company, our distribution networks supports a variety of
distribution models are it directly to distribution centers, retailers or end consumers nationwide. With
provide our sta with kledge and training, warehouse facilities, also our experience and network, we
continue to enhance our service for our clients so that they can have more bene t in their business.
Call Center
To help our client to serve their customer, commeta also provides call centre for redemption. Services
for call center included inbound call and outbound call, and our client can used one or both of the
services. The client who already used our call centre services is Bank International Indonesia (BII) and
PT. Excelcomindo Pratama, Tbk (XL).
Creative Design and Printing
To completing our service and increasing customer satisfaction, Commeta also provides In house
Design that helps customer designs their catalog based on their own need and do printing process
cooperates with some printing company.
Virtual Digital Catalogue
We keep going research more value added services for our client and their customer satisfaction. The
newest services we would like to announces is Virtual Digital Paper with turning page technology.
Virtual Digital Paper is component software based on ash and it can convert all the printed article
such as catalogue, brochure, yer, company pro le to virtual digital paper. This tehcnology also eco
friendly because not use paper. With this Virtual Digital Catalogue our client can distributed article to
their client instantly world wide or national coverage with low cost, e ective and also can be acces
24 hours per day and 7 days per week.
We also create our in-house brands, TISSOR o ce machinery product and home
appliances, for our clients to enjoy high quality products at a ordable cost. Our
