A native of Lagos, Nigeria, Ovie Ukiri serves as a partner at Ajumogobia & Okeke, the only West African law firm to hold membership in Interlaw, a global association of corporate counsel. Elevated to the role of managing partner in 2009, Ovie Ukiri oversees the corporate/commercial and oil/gas departments of the firm. He received mention in “Who’s Who Legal Nigeria 2013” for his natural resource marketplace analysis and professionalism. Ovie Ukiri will represent Ajumogobia & Okeke at Interlaw’s next meeting in Sydney, Australia. In Interlaw’s 2012 meeting in Gothenburg, Sweden, he served as a panelist discussing cross-border transactions.
