2. ABOUT…
 Pulverizing is a mechanism which is used for
resizing and grinding of the dust particles.
 These sleeves are made by the cotton, polyester,
polypropylene fabrics.
 The flow due to which oscillation of the dust
particle occur is known as pulsatile flow.
 Sleeves are used for taking the dust particle into
the grinding operation process.

3. ITS WORKING…
 At firstly the grinding of the dust particles is
done by the rolling ball mills.
 After that we get the tiny particle of dust which
is grinding by the help of the sleeves in the filter
bag.
 This operation is known as pulverization of the
dust particles.
 Then in the dust collector these dusty particle are
collect and filter process is done.

 These sleeves are three types…
Pulsejet type pulveriser sleeves.
Reverse air type pulveriser sleeves.
Shaker type pulveriser sleeves.

6. TECHNICAL ASPECTS…
 It contain large working area.
 It have wide range of pour sizes.
 The balls used in the grinder is rotating it self.
 These are stain less steel balls that are anti
corrosive.
