2. About…
 The FBD system is works in the principle of the
forced convection process.
 A system in to which the heat is transfer from air
or fluid medium from high temp. to low temp. is
know as convection system.
 The input material is in the granular form and
after the process dryer it gets into the powder
form.

3. Its Working…
 The air sucked by the fluidized bed dryer is
takes over the heater.
 These heater allow the air worm and dissipate
over the bed having granular in it.
 These granular are then become in the form of
the powder and then takes out from the filter
bag.

5. Technical Aspects…
 There is automatic drying system with the timer.
 It contains the max. dryness area of the bed.
 There are 1 to 3 number of pneumatic cylinders.
 The amount of the air pressure is approx.
4kg/cm^2.
