1.1 An Overview
Talent Flush is an initiative to make this earth more human, more festive.
Talent Flush is a platform where everyone irrespective of age, race, color, nation,
social status, etc. etc. can show his / her talent and creativity to the entire world. We
welcome all and every category of talent.
Talent Flush believes that every human being is born with a certain talent, with a
certain creative urge to express his innermost thoughts; every human has arrived on
this earth with a certain message.
Our primary target is providing every individual a stage to showcase / share their
talent and creativity with the entire world via www.talentflush.com and live events
hosted by Talent Flush across the globe. This will not only raise the happiness
quotient of individuals but will also improve the quality of life on earth.
Through creativity we wish to fill the HEARTS with optimism and positivity. Our aim
is to instill hopes and confidence in the lives of creative people seeking an anchor/
hand to hold on. We wish to provide them sunshine.
Talent Flush is a platform where your talent can find expression. We believe that if
you’re good at something, you deserve an audience. And it doesn't really matter what
you’re into - writing, painting, singing, dancing, photography, music, or even street
magic for that matter. If you posses a talent, we’ll make sure the world sees it. In case
you’re wondering how, Talent Flush shares every post on word press blog, Facebook
Page, Google+ Page, Linked In group, Twitter and also organizes events across the
globe to provide our creative folk with a stage and help them reach out to people. So
feel free to flush in, to share your passion. And we shall do what we’re here to do Spread it all over.

Founder & Director
(Singapore)

As a child I was quiet and introspective. I was to be found with books
rather than my friends. I was passionate about hockey and captained my
school team in few tournaments. Acting was my constant dream. I was the
house captain and participated, organized several extra co-curricular
activities.
After school I wanted to move to theatre, but as usual my parents would have
none of it. Actors don’t make money, at least not all of them. So off I went to
study Engineering. I studied Mechanical Engineering for four years but
instead of the lecture rooms, I was with my books in my room studying
Metaphysics and Science.
After completing my degree I have been working as an Engineer for past five
years. Living in Singapore, I have excelled at my work here, but now my heart
is not truly into it. I find myself restricted to repetitive work. I want to fly. I
want to expand.
I want to meet people. I want my heart to beat wildly. Hence, came this idea,
from where, I do not know. It has filled me with passion, fire, excitement and
joy. This is what I want to do, every waking minute.

Upkar Shishodia
Co-Founder & Chief Technical Officer
(The United Kingdom)

A telecommunications professional based out of UK, born in a small
village in India and brought up in the Capital- Delhi. I got an Engineering
degree in Electronics and Communications and a Masters Degree in
Strategy and Business Administration from University of Strathclyde,
Glasgow.
Strong interest in psychology, history, music and International politics.
Upkar is an active sportsperson in Volleyball, Badminton and Cricket.
I personally believe that everyone has a talent and it is just the matter of
grooming it and showcasing it to the world. Lots of people either do not
have the confidence or motivation or enough facilities to make it happen.
I believe that Talent flush is a platform where we should be able to
provide all the required facilities, motivation, inspiration for everyone to
showcase their talents.

Gaurav Wani

I am an Automotive professional with experience in manufacturing and
finance industries. I got my Masters in Business Administration after
completing my engineering degree in Information Technology. I was bought
up in Mumbai and am now based in London.
I love playing strategy games, travelling and meeting new people. I like to
understand how do people behave in different part of the world and
appreciate the culture and beauty in the world.
I have a firm belief in two things: follow your dreams and try your fear.
These two mantras have shaped my life. I strongly believe talent flush gives
one an opportunity to try both these mantras without losing anything. Many
of us fear what the world would feel about our meager talent and stop
following our dreams. But, truly Rome wasn’t built in a day and there is no
better way of showcasing your talent than on the social media. Talent Flush
is that very platform which fosters talent.

Young and successful, I live in the capital city of India, New Delhi.
Born and bought up in a beautiful hill station, Nainital, located in heart of
Uttarakhand. After my Graduation from BIT, I started my professional
career as Sales executive. After 3 and half years of experience, I am working
as an Account manager with Oracle Corporation.
I am a big time dog lover, I love to cook travel and I love to loose my mind to
house music. I always wanted to be a part of an organization or community
which works towards the transformation of human beings and that's how I
found Talent Flush. I have been with Talent Flush for almost a year now and
everyday I have a new reason to be a part of it.
I joined Talent Flush because of its honest and intelligent approach towards
making this earth more beautiful and a better place to live in. I joined Talent
Flush because it aims at transforming the energies of human beings. I
personally believe that if we are creative and if we are together we can make

I work at Kyrgyz Investment and Credit Bank. I enjoy studying people
and their religions, politics, and governments. A Traveler and always
looking for something new and exciting, always exploring. I found Talent
Flush and was interested in their style of communication in art and spirit.
It's a beautiful thing to see these ideas and things in people from all over the
world.
My job here is to promote talent in Russian Region and I enjoy doing it a
lot. I think it’s an amazing initiative.
I firmly believe TF is an original and amazing project, which allows to

Lan Dang

“Lan! See this, here is the father, the mother, the big brother, little
sister and brother”, my 8-yo niece said excitedly and showed me the clay
family that she just created. From 3 pieces of colored clay, it took her less
than 2 minutes to make this wonderful vivid family. I was astonished and as
strongly believing as Sir Ken Robinson “… we are all born with extraordinary
powers of imagination, intelligence, feeling, intuition, spirituality.” (The
Element, 2009), I think that each of us has an amazing imagination and a
unique way to see the world, just like my niece. The need to express our
emotions through arts and creativity is most natural and should be
nurtured.
Hi, I am Lan, from Hanoi. I’ve got my 12 years of career, and counting,
dedicated in the areas of learning and personal development. I love talking
with people and having meaningful conversations that help the person
connect with their deepest self.
Joining Talent Flush, I want to involve in this wonderful work of

2.1 PRAKRITI - A 24 x 7 Online
PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST
It was the first online event organized by Talent Flush. A theme based online
event of photography on NATURE. It was Held on 12th August 2012 on Facebook and
the results were announced on 3rd September 2012.
We are glad that around 200 photographers from all around the globe participated in
the event and posted some amazing photographs. Each participant was allowed to post
3 photos (maximum) and the three best photographs were to be selected as winners.
Three winners were selected and were given a Talent Flush Certificate, Talent Flush Tshirt and Talent Flush Mug.
We are glad to share that one of the winner was from JAPAN and rest of the two
winners were from INDIA.

2.2 POETRY-Intelligence of the Heart -A 24 x 7
Online POETRY CONTEST
It was an online poetry event organized by Talent Flush. All kinds of poems
written in Hindi and English Language were welcomed. It was Held on 4th September
2012 on Facebook and the results were announced on 3rd October 2012.
We are glad that around 500 poets participated in the event and posted some
beautiful poems. Each participant was allowed to post 3 poems (maximum) and the
three best poems were to be selected as winners.
Three winners were selected and were given a Talent Flush Certificate, Talent Flush
T-shirt and Talent Flush Mug.
We are glad to share that one poet from France (Mrs. Carine Huron) participated in
our poetry event and submitted a poem in English language being a native French.
Talent Flush sent a TF Mug and TF T-shirt as a token of appreciation to her. Mrs.
Carine Huron now provides invaluable contributions in spreading talent with us.

2.3 DIWALI CELEBRATIONS - A 24 x
7 Online PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST
It was an online event organized by Talent Flush. A theme based online event of
photography on DIWALI Festival, which is celebrated by Indians. It was Held on 25th
October 2012 on Facebook and the results were announced on 31st December 2012.
We are glad that around 300 photographers from all around the globe participated in
the event and posted some amazing photographs. Each participant was allowed to post 3
photos (maximum) and the three best photographs were to be selected as winners.
We are glad to share that one of the Talent Flush admirer (Mr. Madan Prakash Singh)
posted a beautiful Photograph in the contest to appreciate the work Talent Flush is
doing. Mr. Madan Prakash Singh now takes care of various activities of Talent Flush.

Online SINGING CONTEST
It was an online event organized by Talent Flush, which invited singers from all
around the globe. Songs of Hindi and English Languages were allowed to be posted. It
was Held on 12th October 2012 on Facebook and the results were announced on 15th
November 2012.
We are glad that around 300 singers from all around the globe participated in the
event and posted some beautiful songs. Each participant was allowed to post 3 songs
(maximum) and the three best songs were to be selected as winners.
Three winners were selected and were given a Talent Flush Certificate, Talent Flush
T-shirt and Talent Flush Mug.

2.5 EXPRESSIONS UNLIMITED - A 24
x 7 Online GRAND POETRY CONTEST
This is the second online poetry contest organized by Talent Flush. This time the
event is different from rest of the events, as the selected poem will be published in a
book, which will be available on Amazon. The book will be published with the winning
poems with respective poet name.
Event was organized on 2nd December and last date for entries closed by 20th January
2013. Almost 2800 poets from all around the globe has participated and posted
amazing poems.
We have published poetry books in two languages (Hindi Poems and English Poems)
named as “CONVERGENCE – A GLOBAL COLLECETION OF POETRY”. Books
are available on Amazon.
Through this we intend to spread poems of people who do not have enough facilities to
showcase their tremendous talent. We intend to do many more events like this in
future, which will bring out hidden poets and hidden poetry in human beings.

2.6 PETS & WILDLIFE - A 24 x 7
Online PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST
It was an online event organized by Talent Flush. With more than millions of
photographs clicked every day, the world of photography is undergoing tremendous
change.
Our goal is to foster a growing, global community of photographers creating images that
stand apart through their creativity, their ability to move people and their capacity for
communication. The Talent Flush Photo Contest is a forum that brings together people
with a passion for photography and an active commitment to bettering their art. Here,
photographers of all sorts can acknowledge each other, be stimulated by diverse points of
view and thrive through competition.
We are glad that around 1,000 photographers from all around the globe participated in
the event and posted some amazing photographs. Each participant was allowed to post 3
photos (maximum) and the three best photographs were to be selected as winners.

2.7 INSPIRING DOCUMENTARY
FILM CONTEST
This is the first online Documentary Film Contest organized by Talent Flush. The
“Inspiring Documentary Film Contest” is the affirmation of Documentaries as a specific
film genre and the codification of their own independent aesthetic language of creation.
The goals of the contest are:
! To value documentary films as witnesses of the complexity of contemporary
society;
! To value and support a modern film language that many young authors are
using and experimenting;
! To promote and diffuse documentary films on the national territory.
The "Inspiring Documentary Film Contest" is dedicated to gathering and
selecting the most interesting documentaries, which deserve attention, to the
emerging authors and to independent productions that often don't have the
possibility of being distributed.

2.8 PRARAMBHA – THE
JOURNEY BEGINS – UDNE DO
PRARAMBHA: The auspicious beginning of a journey on the rhythmic roads of
music, in the beautiful landscapes of melody and your heart and soul as fellow
passengers, Talent Flush is taking you to another realm of unfathomable joy.
Talent Flush's in association with PANDAVAAS CREATIONS, whose Music
Director Mr. Ishan Dhobal is well known and needs no introduction, very first
endeavor to present you a music video of two very young and promising artists, one
has already made his very debut as a poet, musician and singer on this creative
platform of Talent Flush. Parth Chandola a.k.a The Phizo, and another one is
Shashank Shayze Nawani, who has also made his debut as a killer rapper via
same platform.
Both the Talents will be featuring in Talent Flush's forthcoming music video named
as "PRARAMBHA - THE JOURNEY BEGINS – UDNE DO"
Giving them a chance to perform, Talent Flush is very proud of these young artists
achievements.

My humble thanks to Team TF for sharing
my poems. You have created amazingly
beautiful platform inspiring people to
express their feelings in various ways. I
wish to tell you that I am a surgeon by
profession.
In the recent years, my team of surgeons
has attended many cases of suicidal
attempts by young adolescent boys and
girls in our emergency. We could save only
some of them; rest succumbed to their
injuries. Some of them were the only
children of their parents. Just imagine the
misery, sense of guilt and irreparable loss
of these grief’s struck parents, who are
now suffering from the agony of this
silently. I thought that my responsibility as
a surgeon was not enough. My heart told
me to take some initiative. With the help of
a prominent daily newspaper we made a
team of motivators. This team attended
schools and colleges to motivate and
counsel children. It was shocking to learn
that there is a big communication gap
between these bright children, their school
teachers and their parents .In these
demanding times, nobody is giving them
space to vent out their feelings. For us, this
is an ongoing mission now.
Fortunately, this year so far, my city has
seen a decline in suicidal attempts in the
age group. Death without justifiable
reasons should not be acceptable to us.
Life, a gift of god, should be respected and
loved by all. If you love yourself first, only
then this world loves you. Thanks.

family, teachers and friends. Special

Talent Flush came like a light in my kind of
dark days. It provided me full energy,
confidence, enthusiasm when I had lost all
hopes that no one would ever be able to
hear my voice, my songs, and my music.
They started sharing my songs & when I
got to see people's response over there, I
got extremely serious about my music
passion, I found many friends, fans there.
TF really helped me out in improving my
skills, they are still trying so that I could
give my perfect shot, I'm extremely happy
to have Talent Flush on my side, where
there is no such thing like politics, money,
etc., the only thing which is preferred in
Talent Flush is "Talent". I know there are
