Presentation by Tom Zeppenfeldt from Ophileon on the Open Reporting Data Exchange, a platform to share open data which is integrated with a monitoring and reporting tool. Ordex serves as a source for open data for visualization and is currently being rolled out in Rwanda, Burundi and DRC

3. Why Ordex?

 Spend less on PM&R (tooling). Spend more on other things.
 Better data-quality leads to better decisions and less failure.
 Better p.r. through transparency. Helps to get things funded.
 Additional training (using Ordex) and consulting (indicator definition)
 Transparency also means risks that need to be managed.
