5. ENoLL members empower everyone to innovate whereas the ENoLL
network aims to create pan-European experiments and prototypes for
new markets.
Based on the Single Market and an open engagement platform where
new business models (value models) can be developed and
experimented.
All based on quadruple helix approach, creating safety nets for co-
creation, experiments and prototypes with new roles of the public sector
as an enabler and catalyser.

6. LL experienced organisations and professionals:
• knowledge sharing,
• international recognition as expert organisations (ENoLL label),
• cross-border channelling of LL services,
• collaboration on international activities, and
• involvement in the co-creation of European and international human-centric and
citizen-driven open innovation and experimentation platform.
Organisations (and professionals) in need of knowledge:
• support and experience benefit from learning and educational activities,
• knowledge sharing and supporting services.
• This is particularly relevant for cities and regions that already operate as open
innovation platforms and integrated LLs in their policies and strategies.
Companies:
• benefit from brokering,
• learning and supporting services and activities, and
• contribute to the development of a pan-European and international innovation and
experimentation platform.
