Intention Power: From Awareness to Deliberate
Creation

Energy acquisition and
consciousness are the main
components of chi gong.

The heart of chi gong is not
body power, but mind power,
or yinian.

True consciousness is a mix of
1.Visualization
2.Target setting
3. Optimistic attitude
4. Acting with intent.

You can facilitate visualisation by mentally
going through the steps below. Imagine all
your movements being done at infinity. Use
your mind to attract qi by imagining you
have become an infinitely large being, with
your head touching the sky and feet deeply
rooted in the earth. Every opening and
closing movement occurs on the horizon.
By opening up, you become as one with
nature. Use the following:

Four common principles:
• The mind is the presence of
intention.
• The eyes are the focus of
intention.
• The movement is the action
of intention.
• The breath is the flow of
intention.

1. Imagine your head reaching to the
sky and your feet deeply rooted in the
earth. Since the earth is suspended in
space, you can imagine your feet
blended into the earth and your body
suspended in space. Think this phrase:
"Head touches the sky, feet stand on
earth".

2. Relax your entire body from head to
toe and from inside to the outside. Then
imagine the front, back, left and right
sides of your body expanding to the
horizon. You are the only person
occupying the universe. You and nature
have become one. Think this phrase:
"Body relaxes, mind expands".

3. You are embarking of a journey of
self-discovery by MEDITATION. It is
a respectful endeavour and being
respectful of what you do will enable
your mind to calm down. When your
mind is quiet, you will be able to
enter in a RELAX state. Think this
phrase: "Be respectful and quiet".

4. When your mind has quieted
down and become clear, it will, like
the smooth surface of a still pond,
reflect yourself. As you show respect
to qigong, your appearance will be
humble. Think the phrase: "Mind is
clear and appearance is humble".

5. Empty yourself of all
thoughts.Think: "No distracting
thoughts".
Even though you do not have
any thoughts, your mind's intent
is in space, in infinity. "Think
space".

 You were born with potential. You were born
with goodness and trust. You were born with
ideals and dreams. You were born with
greatness. You were born with wings. You are
not meant for crawling, so don’t. You have
wings. Learn to use them and fly.”

 “Hit the delete button every time fear appears.”
 That’s brilliant.
 Fear? Delete. Delete. Cancel, Cancel. Release
and LET GO

 “By banishing doubt and trusting your intuitive
feelings, you clear a space for the power of
intention to flow through.”
 “Doubts arise because of an absence of
surrender.”
 “Always, always, always, always, always do
the thing you fear and the death of fear is
certain.”

The power of intention is the power to
create.

Intention is one kind of
focus of the mind. It is paying
attention to a particular thing,
material object or desired situation
or outcome.outcome.

 Intention requires knowing what you
desire. By knowing what you desire
you know where to pay attention (or
pay intention).

MANIFESTING WITH MOLDING CLAY
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Write down your desires or wishes
that you want to unfold in your life on a
small piece of paper, maybe about four
inches square.

2) Focus on those words for about a half
an hour or so.
3) Roll that piece of paper into a ball.

4) Get some molding clay, or even Play-Doh, and
create a ball about the size of a golf ball or a tennis
ball, depending on what will fit into the size of
your hand.You want to be able to place that ball of
clay comfortably in your hands, so that you can
squeeze it using just one hand, while having your
other hand free to go about your daily business.

INSTRUCTIONS
5) Put the ball of clay in your hands and
focus on the words of that paper as you
squeeze it. Do this for at least three
hours, at the minimum, more if you
would prefer.
