12. UPGRADING MEMBERS
• An ‘upgrade’ is when a Member
purchases a higher level package.
• The purchase is made through the Shop in
BackOffice and paid through payment
options or by redeeming a gift code
provided by an Upline.
• Pay the full price because you get full
amount of tokens.
13. WHY UPGRADE?
• MEMBERS UPGRADE FOR TWO REASONS
- To be able to mine more coins, and/or
- To be able to access higher level bonuses
due to the max-out caps
• Most Members will join at a level below where they
really join, ie Trader when they could Tycoon.
They do this for Confidence reasons. This is why it is
VITAL that the sponsoring Associate completes
Miner Coaching to build confidence.
• Effective coaching should be able to double
volume from all new Members, increase chances
of referrals and that they will become Associates.

Matching Bonus can be very powerful
if you use it properly.
The following example shows what Matching
Bonus can do for your overall bonus when
you duplicate sales in your organisation.
For the following example, we assume that
the people in your organisation earn 100 EUR
per week in Network Bonus and that you are
qualified to earn Matching Bonus.
32. BONUS ORDER
• When they are calculating the Network Bonus on which
Matching is paid, the priority of Bonuses are Direct Sales/
Start Up/Matching/Network. This is because any Network
bonuses beyond their ‘Max-Out Cap’ level you do not earn
commission.
• Example
- Direct Sales - € 1,000
- Matching - € 4,000
- Network - € 8,000
- As a Pro Trader – MaxOut = € 7k.
Their bonus makeup would be €1k + €4k + €2k = €7k [only €2k
of €8k Network].
- Their Network Bonus for your Matching = € 2k, NOT € 8k
• This is NOT in reality a issue as someone earning this income
would normally upgrade to a higher MaxOut level.
