                          educational delivery
                          • Kinesthetic methods

What about medical simulation?

Thursday, June 24, 2010
What will you need to deliver a good
                                      simulation?

                                  • One Dummy
                                  • One Smarty

What happens if the participant doesn’t do what you
                           think they should?
Thursday, June 24, 2010
What you can expect from different
                                    user groups

                          • Need for Just In Time (JIT) Training
                          • “I don’t know”
                          • “I don’t want to”
                          • “I think we should do it this way”

Thursday, June 24, 2010
What you need to make sure they have

                          • Understanding of their audience
                             •Who are they?
                          • Understanding of objectives
                             •What are they?
                          • Understanding of delivery methods
                             •How do you do it?
                          • Understanding of the fiction contract
                            • What’s real?
