 No checking emails or phone calls during sessions. Please use the breaks.
 Ask questions. No question is a dumb question.
 No interrupting others. This will be enforced.
 No dominating the break out groups. Everyone should be contributing.
 No knocking back without a proposed solution. Everyone has a voice.
 Be open and positive. Work in your team.
 Stick to timings. Ensure each session starts/ends on time
