The current national access to electricity supply is about
43% of the population.
Hydropower and imported fossil fuel are the main energy
sources used to generate electricity in the country.
Four sites in the environs of Kaleo (near WA), Lawra, Jirapa

2.9. Senegal > Senegal enjoys a particular favorable insulation rate (an

This means a return on investment in less than 7 years for

Senegal is still around 0.6% electricity production by

2.10. Saudi Arabia > Saudi Arabia has noticed it has 20 centuries of solar
reserves and has made plans to tap them for its own use.
