2. •MOICT launched the outsourcing training programme under the
name of Learning & Earning on 18th March,2013 to create 15000
freelancing outsourcer throughout the country within nineteen
months.
•According to PPNB total 197(Basic-83,skill-114) trainings would be
conducted, among them 156 training completed.
•Created 11093 freelancers within 6months
