●
    A modem is a device that modulates an analog
    carrier signal to encode digital in formation.

●
    The goal is to produce a signal that can be
    transmitted easily and decoded to reproduce
    the original digital data.

    Modems are generally classified by the amount
    of data they can send in a given time unit.
ISP data center
●
    Most ISP offered a free mail service to their
    clients, and the place was found to the use that
    mail severed at the data center of ISP.
●
    If one fails, other one automatically settles traffic
    because each other is connected with all the
    main spines.
The cable provider
●   A growing number of home users get their
    Internet access from their local cable TV
    company using cable modem service which
    acts as ISP. Many private businesses connect
    to the Internet, often using the ISP.
About Palm VII

    Palm VII makes it possible for several
    wireless ISPs to provide wireless Internet
    access.

    This device has the function called
    Web Clipping. It
    shows the information
    the users need.

    has great security.
