Although Navi Mumbai has seen immense
development over the years, there are not
many avenues for Theatre, Cinema & Film
making here. These are aspects that shape
the culture of a place and thus have to be
given more importance.

This is a competitive festival of films where films
from all over the world are invited from
International, National & Regional filmmakers.
The best films will be shortlisted for screening in
various categories. The winners will be selected
by a panel of esteemed jury members and
awarded with cash prizes and trophies.
This 3 day festival is scheduled on 31st
January,1st & 2nd February 2014( Friday,Saturday
& Sunday).

Mr. Marc Baschet, Head of Jury
Marc Baschet is a renowned film director and producer from France. He
has won an Oscar for ‘No Man’s Land’ and ‘Heaven’, ‘Before the
Rain’, ’Rain of Life’ are some of his acclaimed films. He also won the
Golden Globes Award for No Man’s Land. The film went on to win several
international awards making Marc Baschet a name to reckon with not
only in France but across the globe.
Mr. Imtiaz Hussain
Mr. Imtiaz Hussain is a writer and director of national fame, known for
Vaastav: The Reality (1999), Ghulam-E-Musthafa (1997), National Award
winning film, Astitva (2000) and National Award winning film, Parinda
(1989) etc.
Mrs. Rohini Hattanagadi
Rohini Hattangadi is an Indian actress of film, theatre and television. She
has won two Filmfare Awards, one National Film Award, and is the only
Indian actress to win the BAFTA Award for Best Actress in a Supporting
Role for her performance as Kasturba Gandhi in Gandhi (1982). Respected
for her acting prowess, she has appeared in over 80 feature films, and is
active in theatre and television.
