Name: British SKY Broadcasting: Strategic Rights Management
SKY is undergoing a massive strategic program to replace their existing content rights
Management and the Finance system for Movies, Sports and Entertainment to a new customized
third party product. The existing rights held as deals and the finance information in the current
system needs to be migrated to the new system. The team consisted of SKYs own scrum teams,
third party vendors. Initially joined the program as a Business analyst for 2 scrum teams and later
got elevated as a Product owner for one of the work streams
Responsibilities:
As a product Owner:
• Working closely with stakeholders in commissions, acquisitions, scheduling, digital,
finance and legal, to efficiently gather and analyze business requirements for a new
rights management and programmer information system for linear and digital (VOD, 7-
day catch-up, mobile, internet) media.
• Responsible for the complete content life cycle workflow definition across different
teams like the content rights acquisition/traffic/linear scheduling/VOD
scheduling/finance.
• Gap Analysis to understand the current process(AS-IS) and identify, define the future

Name: AstraZeneca-AZIA Emerald Migration
AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals conducted a organization wide programmed of replacing IBM
owned data centers with HCL owned Data centers. Their middle ware platform for making
different applications communicate with each other with AZ landscape was called AZIA which
was also a part of Emerald programme. The core servers of AZIA across environments were
newly built in HCL owned Data centers and the associated connections were also migrated to the
new Data Centers. AZIA connects to around 450+ applications with AstraZeneca.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible as a Business Change manager for the complete planning of the application
connection migrations of AZIA .In this context, each application connection has to be
4. migrated from lower environments to the higher environments. I was responsible for
contacting the vendor contacts and the system owners for each of these applications to
make sure that the planed Versus actual implementation of the AZIA connection
migration with the application is a success. Successfully planned about 500+ connection
migration and executed them without any major escalations. This involves a lot of
analysis in terms to identifying the dependencies across different application connections,
communicating the same to the relevant stake holders, getting their buy-in,
communicating the same to the team which was involved to give a Go decision to the
migration. Managed a team of 18 developers who were a mixture of onsite/offshore.
• Closely worked with the client stake holders for communication with respect to the
migration status, ongoing issues, any risks in terms of the connection migration on a day
to day basis. Responsible for the end to end migration right from planning until
communication with the relevant stake holders.
• The AZIA was a validates system ad followed certain process for the connection
migration in terms of preparing the cut over plans, bringing all the responsible stake
holders to a meeting, deciding upon a Go/No-Go decision. I was responsible in each and
every step until a final communication to the respective system owners about the
completion of the migration.
• There were about 35+ documents which have to be delivered as a part of AZIA-Emerald
migration. I was responsible for authoring those documents which were techno-functional
and was the primary person in charge to get all the documents approved with the client
stake holders.
• Was the point of contact for all the application team, process team, command center
team, System Integration team
• Was held responsible for communicating with various vendor stakeholders in terms of
AZIA server downtime. Was part of the core team in terms helping the BAU team to take
control of those connections which have already been migrated.
Name: Sainsbury’s-Project Proteous-E- commerce re-platforming -Implementing Payment
Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) for Online Merchandising
Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) is a set of security standards that were
created by the major credit card companies (American Express, Discover Financial Services, JCB,
MasterCard Worldwide, and Visa International) to protect their customers from increasing identity
theft and security breaches. It was designed to reduce the risk of card data being breached and used
fraudulently. Sainsbury’s online stores should be PCI compliant for secure payments transmission
between the consumers and the Sainsbury’s Merchant. As a part of this project, Online transactions
were checked for 3D secure authentication, industry Hot-Card validation, BIN range Checks.
Responsibilities:
• Gathered Business requirements through interviews, surveys, prototyping and interacting with
Project Managers. Conducted brainstorming sessions with project focus groups.

project is to define and deliver a solution which will enable customer data from different sources to
be brought together to create a high-quality view of Sainsbury’s customers and their activity across
all Sainsbury’s channels, as a single data source.

vendors namely Stay well and Incent one with BCBSMN for both member and non member
services. This Project is being carried out of AGILE METHODOLOGY and follows the
SCRUM PROCESS.
