Numerous definitions are there. The
suggestive definition says, “any resources
available in electronic format or accessed
and used through any machine or
computing device is popularly called e-
resources. Often terminological confusion
are surfaced over, e-resources, digital
resources, paperless, virtual and online
resources.

 Indexing and abstracting databases,
 Reference database (biographies, dictionaries,
directories, encyclopedias, etc.),
