• Cloud-based service that works with Excel to provide a complete self-service
business intelligence (BI) solution
• Share insights, collaborate and access reports, from anywhere on any device
• You will need Excel 2013 to create reports and models that can be consumed
and refreshed with Power BI
• Excel 2013 will give you access to Power Query, Power Pivot, Power View and
Power Map to discover, analyze and visualize data
• Power BI will be able to consume these reports created in Excel through your
browser or mobile apps and to use cloud-based features such as natural
language Q&A, data refresh, data catalog and Power BI sites

• If the Power View icon is grayed out on the Excel Insert menu, you can still
turn it on.
• Go to File > Options > Add-Ins.
• In the Manage box, click the drop-down arrow > COM Add-ins > Go.
• Check the Power View check box > OK.

Shared workspace with a focus on Exchange and SharePoint
With Groups, teams can have their own mailbox viewable to all
members.
Includes group calendar, and file sharing will be handled by
OneDrive for Business to allow for document collaboration.

Admins still have some control.
Disable group creation through a remote PowerShell connection
simply update the mailbox policy to remove the feature.
Apply policies to individual users, thereby controlling which
employees can create new groups and which cannot.
Groups dashboard option in the Office 365 Dashboard that will
allow admins to view, create, and delete groups, and add/remove
group administrators or members.
