How to make a chocolate & peanut butter Shakeology shake.

2. • Shakeology is your
daily dose of dense
nutrition.
• You can have
Shakeology as a meal
replacement or as a
snack.
• It’s a great meal
on-the-go!

4. • Chocolate Shakeology Powder
• 12 ounces of Almond/Cashew/Soy Milk
• 1 Spoonful of Peanut Butter
• 5-8 Ice Cubes
• Blender
• Travel container (if needed)

5. Add 12 ounces of
Almond/Cashew/Soy
Milk to the blender
container.

6. Add the ice cubes.

7. Measure out 1 scoop
(provided in the bag)
of Shakeology &
place it in blender
cup.

8. Add the spoonful of
peanut butter to the
blender cup.

9. Place blender cup on
base of blender and
blend for 1 minute or
until ice is blended.

10. Pour shake into a
travel container if
needed.

11. Clean up! Make sure
to always clean your
blender right after
each use.
