There are three core themes: 1.) New Forms of Finance that "Fund the Unfundable", 2.) New ways of developing/investing in people, 3.) Digital Finance (Fintech and blockchain).

A big piece of the talk is how software analogies can be ported to the world of hardware development, and how my company Plethora is creating this new system of "Adaptive Manufacturing" that is the 21st Century's answer to the assembly line.

The idea here is that the economy is becoming more and more complex over time, and that means we need to change the way we think about education because curricula become outdated too quickly. My answers to this are: training self-learners, new forms of on-the-job training, workplace / workstation interfaces that teach you how to use them. The full implementation of this would be called a "self-training job". I gave this presentation at the Whitehouse on June 20, 2016.
