RMA industrial vehicle modifications have been developed to ensure that the modified vehicle specification is optimized for its
intended application. RMA offers a series of features developed from the extensive knowledge gained through experience meeting
the requirements of global commercial, civil and military organizations. This provides operators with a safe, functional and durable
vehicle platform which can be tailored with optional features to suit specific operational requirements. These vehicle attributes are

The RMA LED light bar provides the optimum high visibility lighting solution for light vehicle applications. Designed to meet the stringent
safety requirements demanded by industrial and mining companies, military forces and emergency services, the LED light bar offers a fully
customizable high visibility lighting system available with two levels of light output to suit operational requirements.
The light bar can be fitted with a choice of lens colors, including amber, clear, blue, red, green and yellow. Each LED can be individually
programmed to flash in a specific strobe pattern or intensity level.
Vehicle safety is further enhanced by replicating vehicle tail light functions into a roof mounted position. Suitable for austere industrial
and mining environments, the light bar is dust and waterproof to IP65 and vibration resistant. It is manufactured in lightweight aluminum
with rubber sealed, polycarbonate lenses.

11. ROLLOVER PROTECTION SYSTEM (ROPS)
Internal vehicle roll over protection
The RMA Rollover Protection System (ROPS) has been developed to provide optimum safety to
vehicle occupants in the event of a rollover incident. The ROPS is designed to augment the
existing vehicle safety structure and, if the vehicle occupants are wearing seat belts, the ROPS
reduces the potential for head injuries caused by roof crush when a vehicle is involved in a rollover.
RMA ROPS is not compatible with vehicles fitted with curtain airbag systems.
Vehicle rollover is one of the most severe
accidents that a vehicle can be involved in.
Where OEM manufacturers develop their
vehicles with deformable ‘safety zones’ to
protect the occupants from head-on or side
collisions, the passenger car industry safety
organizations – Euro NCAP, Australian NCAP &
US NHTSA – don’t include any specific tests to
measure the safety of a light utility vehicle,
such as a pickup or SUV, in the event of a
rollover. Nor do the tests consider the specific
anomalies that are unique to off road vehicle
safety or industrial working environments.
The US NHTSA states that SUV type vehicles
are 2.5 times more likely to rollover than a
sedan car. Furthermore, 33% of SUV fatalities
are as a result of rollover, highlighting the
importance of additional vehicle rollover safety
protection.
Tall and narrow vehicles, such as pickups and
SUVs are more susceptible to rollover due to
their higher center of gravity and vehicle
weight increasing the chance of rollover.
Furthermore, modern off road vehicles are
quiet, comfortable and fitted with many safety
systems, often providing the driver with a false
sense of security that reduces awareness of
dangerous driving conditions. These vehicle
characteristics, along with typical use patterns
in off road environments contribute to the
potential for rollover incidents to occur. These
remote and challenging operating conditions
are often found in remote industrial working
environments, such as mining, where rollover
is even more serious due to the reduced
availability of emergency services.
ROPS Features
Industry Standard
The ROPS is designed to meet the most stringent
safety standards required by the world’s major
resource extraction companies. The RMA test protocol
harnesses advanced engineering expertise to optimize
safety, utilizing learnings from the FIA international
motorsport federation in their evaluation of motor
racing rollover accidents.
Optimum Packaging
The ROPS roll cage features a lightweight design
that adds only 34kg to the overall vehicle weight
for a double cab vehicle. Roll cage construction
maintains maximum entry/exit clearance and does
not affect internal headroom. Key contact points
are fitted with high density foam padding that has
been specifically designed to minimize injury to
occupants who are not wearing a helmet.
Precision Manufacturing
The ROPS roll cage is manufactured from cold drawn
high tensile steel with CNC formed tubing joined with
CNC machined connecting joints. Mounting brackets
are laser machined to ensure maximum dimensional
accuracy for optimum fit within the vehicle. All tubing
is powder coated for durability and a discreet
appearance.
ROLLOVER PROTECTION SYSTEM (ROPS)
Testing Standards
As there is no industry testing standard for rollover
protection on light utility vehicles and to ensure that
the ROPS meets the most stringent safety standards,
RMA has developed its own test protocol. The RMA
ROPS engineering test & development process includes
numerous tests to ensure the safety of vehicle
occupants. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is used to
design the required strength into the ROPS, while
practical tests actively replicate the loads being
applied and validate the ROPS performance.
This merging of high tech engineering theory and
practical application ensures that RMA offers optimum
vehicle safety without adding unnecessary weight to
the vehicle.
Vehicle Rollover
The RMA Rollover Protection System has been
developed to provide optimum safety to vehicle
occupants in the event of a rollover incident.
The ROPS is designed to augment the existing vehicle
safety structure and, if the vehicle occupants are
wearing seat belts, the ROPS reduces the potential
for head injuries caused by roof crush when a vehicle
is involved in a rollover.

12. HEADLIGHT ON SYSTEM
Automatic headlight on system
Vehicle headlights will automatically turn on when the engine ignition is switched on. The driver
is not required to actively switch the headlights on. Improves vehicle visibility and safety, meeting
mine site safety requirements. Can be linked to the LED light bar system where both headlights
and light bar are turned on automatically.

CENTER HIGH MOUNTED STOP LIGHT
High level stop light mounted on load rest or rear mounting frame
Center high mounted stop light (CHMSL) can be located on the vehicle load rest or rear mounting
frame. Operating alongside the main brake lights, the high mounted position increases visibility
for vehicles following behind, helping to improve safety.

SPEED LIMITER
Electronically programmable speed limiter system
Provides a programmable electronic speed limiter that restricts vehicle maximum speed. The speed
limit can be programmed by either the driver or centrally by the vehicle fleet manager depending on
the intended usage. The speed limit can be set in KM/H or MPH, from 30km/h (18mph) upwards
and can also be set to limit engine RPM. The system does not provide vehicle braking. The system
is available for any vehicle fitted with electronic ‘drive-by-wire’ throttle control and is TÜV, KBA and
EC standard approved.
REVERSING ALARM
Audible vehicle reversing alarm
Improves safety for personnel operating outside the vehicle when it is reversing. The alarm is
activated when reverse gear is selected by the driver and helps warn others when the driver is
unable to see the blind spots behind the vehicle. The 102db alarm can be mounted on the light
bar or underneath the rear body.
REAR VIEW CAMERA
Rear license plate mounted camera
Rear mounted camera provides a visual image behind the vehicle when reversing. Rear view
camera significantly increases safety and reduces the chance of vehicle damage caused by reversing
into objects located behind the vehicle. Provides the driver with greater confidence when
maneuvering in confined spaces.
The camera is activated when reverse gear is selected and a rear view image is displayed within
the internal rear view mirror housing. The image has 3 graduated distance reference lines to
indicate how far behind the vehicle an object is located; Blue line - 4m, Red line - 1m, Yellow line -
0.7m

13. REFLECTIVE SEAT BELT COVERS
High visibility reflective seat belt covers
Enables easy identification if seatbelts are being worn inside a vehicle. The reflective markings
and high visibility material is easily identified both at night and during daylight hours.
FIRE EXTINGUISHER
Hand held fire extinguisher
Safety requirement to deal with minor vehicle related fires. The powder fire extinguisher can be
used on electrical, fuel and gas related fires. Three sizes can be specified for fitment inside the
vehicle cabin or load space: 1kg, 2.5kg, 9kg
WHEEL NUT INDICATORS
High visibility wheel nut indicators
Allows loose wheel nuts to be quickly and easily identified, preventing vehicle hub damage, loss
of a wheel and any resulting accidents. The wheel nut indicators are aligned in pairs when the
wheel nuts are tightened to the required torque settings. If a wheel nut becomes loose then the
arrow indicator shows the misalignment, highlighting a potentially loose wheel nut.
REFLECTIVE VEHICLE DECALS
High visibility reflective vehicle marking decals
Improves vehicle visibility and safety, particularly at night. High UV resistance for durability under
intense sunlight.
Choice of two color patterns on the front, rear and side of the vehicle:
Red/White/Yellow: Red (rear), White (front), Yellow (side)
Red/White: Red & White checker pattern on front, ear and side
SAFETY FLAG
High visibility safety flag mounted on flexible fiberglass pole
A high visibility safety flag improves visibility of light vehicles in mining environments. The 2.4m
high safety flag can be mounted onto the front bullbar or inside the pickup bed giving vehicles an
extra layer of protection, particularly where the operating terrain contains large dips and hills,
where vehicle mounted beacon lights may not be visible. By combining the safety flag with a LED
beacon, drivers can ensure they are always in the line of sight of heavy machinery. The flag shaft
is constructed from a high quality, flexible fiberglass rod. The safety flag can be mounted on a
spring base or solid, removable mount which allows the flag shaft to be stored when the vehicle
is offsite. All electrical cables are hidden inside the shaft and fully weatherproofed. The flag is
made from a reflective UV resistant nylon material that repels dirt and dust.

15. HEAVY DUTY SUSPENSION
Heavy duty vehicle suspension system
Heavy duty suspension increases durability, control and safety by creating a complete suspension
system that is optimized for the operational requirements of the vehicle. Each heavy duty suspension
system is tailored to suit the specific operational application, taking into account vehicle load,
operating environment and dynamic requirements.
For industrial applications, the heavy duty suspension is available in the following packages;
1. Mining suspension (normal conditions)
2. Mining suspension (extreme conditions – wet & muddy)
3. Bullbar suspension (for a vehicle fitted with bullbar & winch)
4. Maintenance & workshop suspension (high payload)
AIR INTAKE SNORKEL WITH PRE-CLEANER
Raised air intake snorkel with pre-cleaner system
The pre-cleaner system further enhances the snorkel by separating large dust particles and water
before they have chance to enter the intake system, reducing air filter clogging, subsequent loss
of engine performance and maintenance requirements.
AIR INTAKE SNORKEL
Raised air intake snorkel system
The raised air intake snorkel ensures that the engine is protected from water and dust ingression
when driving off road. The air snorkel intake is located above the vehicle roofline placing it above
the low lying dust layer that collects on the road surface, particularly when driving behind other
vehicles off road. Furthermore, the raised intake prevents water entering the intake when fording
rivers, raising the vulnerable low level standard OE air intake.
HEAVY DUTY BRAKE PADS
High durability brake pads
Revised brake pad material and construction provides increased braking performance and durability,
particularly in off road environments. A special pad compound material and design reduce the dirt
accumulation which exacerbates brake pad and disc wear rates, resulting in reduced brake performance
and increased maintenance cost requirements. The upgraded RMA brake pad increases brake efficiency
when higher operating temperatures are experienced during towing, carrying heavy loads or driving
downhill for extended periods.
HEAVY DUTY BRAKE DISC
High durability brake disc
High carbon steel brake discs offer increased durability, lower wear rates and improved braking
performance. For vehicles carrying heavy loads and undertaking long periods of downhill braking,
thermal stability of the brake disc is improved, eliminating judder and brake fade.

HEAVY DUTY SUSPENSION
The standard OE suspension components fitted to a vehicle have been through an extensive engineering development program, providing a
balance between the requirements of varied driving conditions, durability, comfort and cost. While the standard OE suspension is designed
to meet the needs of the majority of customers who drive mainly on sealed road surfaces, it isn’t optimized for the operational requirements
of a heavy duty industrial vehicle that is regularly driven off road or on poor road surfaces in varied environmental conditions. The same can
be said of the typical aftermarket suspension systems that are designed to meet the broad requirements of a vehicle that is driven on the
daily work commute during the week and driven off road at the weekend.
The RMA heavy duty vehicle suspension system addresses the specific operational requirements of a professional industrial vehicle that is
subject to extreme environments, by improving durability, control and safety. The enhanced suspension improves dynamic characteristics
on road and provides superior performance off road. By improving dynamic capability, driver confidence is increased and safety is enhanced
as the vehicle remains more controllable in all driving situations. Suspension component durability is prolonged, reducing service intervals
and maintenance costs. As nearly all industrial vehicles are fitted with a variety of operational equipment, the suspension system improves
stability when carrying variable payloads or when towing a heavy trailer. When developing an enhanced suspension package, RMA engineers
emphasize the requirement to understand the operational requirements of the vehicle. A popular misconception is that an ‘uprated’
suspension, featuring stiffer springs and dampers, must be better. This isn’t necessarily the case and is entirely dependent on the intended
use of the vehicle. RMA engineers tailor each suspension system to suit the operational requirements of each modified vehicle. The suspension
improvements depend on the specific vehicle application and include modifying some or all of the following features;

Coil spring
• Front coil springs are uprated to improve vehicle handling by reducing body roll and enhancing steering response.
Provides improved control of the suspension, maintaining optimum tire contact on all driving surfaces.
• The revised springs are designed to reduce unnecessary body motion, improving dynamic stability and safety.
The spring rate is optimized for heavy duty applications where the vehicle is driven on rough road surfaces
and when loaded with variable cargo weight up to maximum payload capacity.
• Increased vehicle ride height provides higher ground clearance to minimize damage to the vehicle underbody
for mining vehicle.
• The coil springs are manufactured using a hot coil process with CNC coiling machine and are oil quenched,
shot peened, scragged and powder coated to ensure optimum quality, durability and consistency in performance.
Leaf spring
• Rear leaf springs feature a revised spring profile to manage heavy payloads or when towing to maximum capacity.
• The spring packs include inter-leaf pads to reduce friction and noise. They are constructed from high grade steel
to ensure that durability and performance is maintained in all operating conditions, particularly muddy or corrosive
environments.
Dampers
• Heavy duty suspension dampers improve vehicle stability and enhance safety by reducing uncontrolled body motion
and manage vehicle weight transfer.
• Uprated dampers offer high performance, heavy duty replacements to the OE components that are engineered to
match the revised front and rear spring rates.
• The dampers have large diameter pistons for increased damper strength and durability. They are non-pressurized,
foam cell construction, fully oil filled and sealed to ensure precise control, thermal stability and reduced aeration,
providing improved dynamics without compromising ride comfort.
• The 40mm twin tube damper bodies feature large diameter pistons for increased damper strength, durability and
control. The dampers are non-pressurized, fully oil filled, foam cell construction to ensure precise control, thermal
stability and to eliminate aeration. This ensures improved dynamics and control in all conditions without
compromising ride comfort.
• The twin tube construction ensures that the chromed piston rod remains ‘dry’ (no oil coating) during compression,
resulting in improved durability by reducing wear to the piston rod and oil seal.
Polyurethane leaf spring bushes
• Polyurethane bushes replace the standard OE rubber bushes, providing improved spring location and rear axle
movement.
• Bush durability improved through reduced ovalation and grease retention, increasing service life, maintaining
consistent shape and reducing bush noise.
• Improve dynamic stability by reducing rear axle steer and helping to prolong tire life.
High torque rear axle u-bolts
• Provide increased leaf spring clamping force through higher torque tension for improved retention of the leaf
springs.
• Enhances spring stiffness and durability, ensuring that the spring flexing is controlled correctly, improving vehicle
dynamics, especially when carrying heavy loads.
17. ENHANCED FUEL FILTRATION SYSTEM
Enhanced fuel filtration system for removing fuel impurities
The enhanced fuel filtration helps to improve engine durability and reliability by separating water and
fuel impurities before they cause damage to the fuel injection system. Water contamination can be
easily identified via a clear plastic viewing bowl located at the bottom of the filter. The filter can be
easily drained by hand and does not need to be removed from the vehicle.
There are two fuel filtration options to suit different operating climates:
Cold climate: fitted with heating element, suitable for ambient temperatures down to -40°C/-40°F.
Warm climate: suitable for ambient temperatures greater than 5°C/41°F.
Enhanced fuel filtration capability is
necessary for markets with poor fuel
quality and where the fuel handling and
storage facilities are not well maintained.

impurities entering the fuel, if this
contaminated fuel enters a vehicle fuel
system, it can cause permanent engine
damage. Modern fuel injection systems
operate at very high pressures and

Poor Fuel Quality
ENHANCED FUEL FILTRATION SYSTEM
The RMA enhanced fuel filtration system provides a highly effective solution to inconsistencies
in fuel quality, helping to improve engine durability and reliability by separating the water
and impurities from the fuel before it corrodes or causes damage to the fuel injection
system. The enhanced fuel filtration features micro particle filtration, water-fuel separation,
fuel heating for cold climate starting and an audible water-in-fuel warning system (optional).
WATER-IN-FUEL AUDIBLE ALARM
Audible water-in-fuel warning alarm for enhanced fuel filtration system
In addition to the visible warning symbol on the instrument panel, the audible alarm alerts the
driver that water is present in the fuel system. When water builds up inside the enhanced fuel
filter system, a continuous alarm will sound until the water is drained from the filter. For vehicles
equipped with the water-in-fuel and coolant level alarm warning alarms, both features use the
same alarm.

Functionality
The enhanced fuel filtration system replaces the standard OE
system and connects to the vehicle using standard fuel hoses
and electrical connections. The fuel filter element is effective
down to 2 microns particle size and provides nearly 100% water
separation, where OEM fuel filters are typically only effective to
approximately 10 microns.
Water contamination can be easily identified via a clear plastic
viewing bowl located at the bottom of the filter. The filter can
be drained by hand and does not need to be removed from the
vehicle, ensuring that daily maintenance is possible without requiring
technical support.
In addition to the visible water-in-fuel warning symbol that illuminates
on the driver instrument panel, an audible alarm can be fitted in the
cabin to ensure that critical water-in-fuel levels cannot be ignored by
the driver. To ensure optimum durability, the high capacity filter
features a steel casing and is mounted to a robust die cast
aluminium housing.
18. BULLBAR
Front mounted steel protection bullbar
Heavy duty front bullbar provides highly robust protection for the vehicle. By protecting key functional
features such as the engine cooling radiator and front headlights, the vehicle will remain operational
following a front impact where an unprotected vehicle would suffer from immobilizing damage.
The bullbar is designed to be fully airbag compatible, ensuring normal airbag activation in the event
of a collision. The bullbar allows the fitment of an integrated electric winch system inside the bumper
and mounting points allow fitment of high visibility safety flag poles and radio communication aerials.
Due to the additional weight, the front suspension requires revised springs and dampers to retain
vehicle handling characteristics.
HEAVY DUTY SIDE RAILS AND SIDE STEPS
Side mounted steel protection bars and side steps
Steel side protection bars protect the front fenders and side sills from damage during off road
driving. If damaged, the protection bars are quicker and cheaper to replace than body panel
damage. The side bars allow unrestricted access to the vehicle doors and include a convenient
step for access into the cabin. The side steps and side rails are constructed from high strength
steel with durable powder coated finish for optimum corrosion protection.
Heavy duty side rails are only available with a front bullbar. Side steps are available as a separate option.
REAR BUMPER BEAM WITH SWING ARM
Steel rear bumper beam with dual purpose swing arm
Up to two swing arms can be fixed to the rear bumper beam enabling a full size spare wheel & tire
and steel 'jerry can' fuel container to be mounted outside of the pickup load box, maximizing
load space. The swing arms pivot on the edge of the bumper beam, allowing the rear tailgate to
open fully for unobstructed loading.

Front mounted electric winch with remote operation
Front mounted electric recovery winch can be used for vehicle recovery when immobilized on
steep or slippery surfaces. The powerful electric motor can pull up to 10,000lbs / 4,500kg through
a 3 gear planetary gearbox with aircraft grade steel wire rope, clevis safety hook and roller
fairlead delivering strong, smooth winching in demanding conditions. The winch can be operated
remotely allowing operator flexibility and ensuring maximum safety in challenging situations.

19. COOLANT LEVEL ALARM
Audible warning alarm for low coolant level
The coolant level alarm monitors the level of engine coolant in the vehicle radiator and warns the
driver when the level falls below safe operating guidelines. Should a leak occur in the cooling
system, for example from damage to the radiator, the coolant level will fall, activating the coolant
level alarm. A warning alarm is installed in the vehicle providing an audible alert to the driver and
will continue to sound until the coolant level is restored.

Exterior light guards protect the front headlights and rear taillights from foreign object damage,
ensuring that the lights remain functional. The protectors are constructed from high strength
steel with durable powder coated finish for optimum corrosion protection.
CANVAS SEAT COVERS

Heavy duty canvas seat covers are fitted to all vehicle seats and headrests providing protection
against dirt and damage to the seats. The military grade canvas is durable and water resistant

The covers feature a custom fit to ensure that chafing against the OE seats is minimized upon

quality controlled conditions. By improving protection levels, durability is increased and service,

24. BATTERY ISOLATOR SWITCH
Engine bay mounted battery isolator switch with lockable cover
The battery isolator switch connects to the positive terminal of the main vehicle battery and
features a heavy duty, manually operated on/off switch which can be used to disconnect the
vehicle's 12v power supply. This power isolation helps prevent vehicle theft by cutting power
to the vehicle and reduces the risk of battery drain from auxiliary features. The isolator switch
features a lockable steel cover preventing unauthorized activation.
DEEP CYCLE SECONDARY BATTERY
Deep cycle secondary battery for high electrical load applications
The deep cycle battery can be regularly discharged, using most of its capacity, to voltages lower
than 10.5v without losing performance in subsequent cycles. Standard starter batteries that are
designed to deliver short high-current peaks for engine cranking, cannot sustain such cycles. Deep
cycle batteries represent an efficient way to power instruments and supplementary equipment
without affecting the state of charge of main vehicle starter battery, providing a more consistent
power output and faster recharging.
Selected industrial modifications are fitted with a compact-style deep cycle battery featuring an
internal construction which uses an absorbent, non-spill glass mat (AGM) to hold electrolyte
solution instead of the liquid electrolyte found in normal batteries. This spillproof design means
that the battery can be mounted in virtually any position, optimizing location and load space within
a vehicle and remains operational even when cracked or damaged.
COOLANT BLOCK HEATER
Engine coolant heater with timer system
Allows pre-warming of the engine to assist with cold weather, starting and pre-heating of the
vehicle cabin. Recommended for vehicles operating in ambient temperatures of -20°C/-4°F or below.
The coolant block heater warms the engine by integrating a heating element into the engine
cooling system. The heating element is supplied with fuel from the vehicle's fuel tank which is
burned inside the coolant block heater system. The thermal energy is then distributed through the
vehicle's engine cooling system, heating both the engine and the cabin through the air vents.
A timer system can be set to automatically start and stop the system at a pre-determined time of day.
HEAVY DUTY BATTERY
Heavy duty vehicle battery
Replacing the standard OE vehicle battery, the heavy duty battery features calcium lead construction
for minimal fluid loss (10% less than standard batteries) reducing maintenance requirements. The
internal construction uses calcium alloy grids and low resistance envelope separators means that the
battery has 20%improved charging capability when compared to a standard battery, particularly in
cold climate conditions. Calcium alloy grids provide rapid engine cranking even after long periods
of standing, prevent corrosion and extend the life of the battery reducing replacement costs.

The Motorola GM360 radio offers a 2-way communication system for field based workers, using
VHF and UHF frequencies, proving high quality communications for in-vehicle use. The radio
features a number of features that are particularly useful for industrial operating environments
including; emergency signalling to send a pre-recorded voice message enabling your whereabouts
or status to be determined immediately by the receiving person, lone worker protection offering
security and safety for individuals who work remotely where the radio enters emergency mode if
the user does not respond to the warning signal, external alarm that activates the vehicle horn
and/or lights on receipt of an incoming call and status calls that send pre-defined text messages
without needing to talk.

Dark window tinting for all vehicle glass
Provides additional privacy and comfort to vehicle passengers. Window tinting protects the car
interior from direct sunlight, reducing solar temperature gain inside the cabin, creating a more
comfortable environment and allowing the air conditioning system to operate more efficiently.
Driving is safer due to reduced glare from bright sunlight. Discoloring of interior trim materials
is minimized due to reduced UV exposure. The window tint features a non-metallic film that
provides zero interference to mobile phones, GPS devices and radio reception. Window tint is
available in either 40% or 60% tint.
LONG RANGE FUEL TANK
High capacity fuel tank for increased vehicle driving range
The 110 litre long range fuel tank provides increased fuel capacity enabling longer distances to be
driven between refueling intervals. The steel long range fuel tank replaces the standard plastic
vehicle fuel tank and has been designed to fit within the standard chassis legs without affecting
ground clearance or ramp over angle. The standard fuel supply system is retained ensuring that
the fuel pump and gauges operate as normal. The tank is manufactured from high strength steel
providing improved durability and puncture resistance.

The heavy duty canvas side and rear curtains feature strong zips and are fabricated

VICE
Mechanic's vice
Mechanic's vice mounted on the rear of the maintenance body. The mechanical screw vice clamp
is 4"/100mm wide for securely clamping items. The vice is mounted on a foldable platform for
storage when not in use.
Available for both Maintenance and Maintenance Roadster bodies.
WATER TANK
Internal water storage tank
29 liter water storage tank mounted inside the left hand rear storage compartment. A robust metal
screw cap is mounted on top of the maintenance body for easy filling with a metal drain tap located
on the rear panel. The water tank is constructed from fiberglass and features a visible fluid level
gauge. The fiberglass material used for the water tank can also be used to carry other non-corrosive
fluids where required, such as vehicle radiator fluid, but is not suitable for drinking water.
The water tank is only available for the Maintenance Roadster.
OIL TANK
Internal oil storage tank
60 liter oil storage tank mounted inside the right hand rear storage compartment. A robust metal
screw cap is mounted on top of the maintenance body for easy filling with a metal drain tap located
on the rear panel. The oil tank is constructed from steel and features a visible fluid level gauge.
The steel oil tank can also be used to carry other non-corrosive, non-water based fluids where
required.
The oil tank is only available for the Maintenance Roadster.

REAR TAILGATE
Rear maintenance body tailgate
Robust steel tailgate that mounts to the rear of the maintenance body, providing secure load storage
and an additional work surface. The tailgate is fitted with hinged metal drop links and anti-rattle latches.
The rear aluminum roller shutter door can be fixed at two heights and fully integrates with the tailgate.
The bottom edge of the roller shutter door features a rubber sealing strip that seals with the top edge of
the tailgate, preventing water and dust from entering the central storage compartment.

The workshop cabin heating system provides warm air heated by an internal combustion diesel

bay maintenance. The hexagonal extruded aluminum frame with nylon joints and large foot plates
provide a strong and stable foundation. The white 300D PVC backed polyester cover is lightweight,
100% waterproof and easily cleaned. The shelter folds into compact dimensions and is stored inside
a nylon bag with wheels for easy transportation.

POWER WELDER GENERATOR
Fixed diesel welding power generator
SDMO portable welding generator provides a reliable, efficient and quiet welding power supply
in areas where no conventional power grid is available. An essential requirement for welding on
worksites without electricity or when carrying out maintenance on isolated machines. The generator
can also be used as an auxiliary genset for the supply of electricity. The Yanmar L100 diesel engine
provides a single phase 230V AC power supply with a safety power breaker and features an electric
starter for easy starting. The generator uses 1.3 liters of fuel per hour giving over 9 hours constant
running time between refueling its 12 liter fuel tank.
AIR COMPRESSOR

POWER GENERATOR
Portable diesel power generator
SDMO portable generator provides a reliable, efficient and quiet power supply in areas where no
conventional power grid is available. The Kohler 3.4kW diesel engine provides a single phase
230V AC power supply with a safety power breaker and features an electric starter for easy starting.
The generator uses only 0.9 liters of fuel per hour giving over 17 hours constant running between
refueling its 16 liter fuel tank.
