My core passion and competency is solving difficult problems with agile practices/frameworks together with coaching, training and development services. The problem categories shown below represent the challenges some of my previous consulting clients have faced and I have helped solve with them: - capability and education for agile practitioners; I provide coaching for individuals all the way to establishing an academy within a large organisation. - delivering (getting work to DONE); I like solving delivery problems with agile. I'm often seen as an accelerator for under-preforming programs - mindset offsite, experiential training and big room facilitation relating to agile/ways of working
