- I usually used Cacti, Zabbix, Centreon, IPAM as monitoring tools to manage client services to meet the SLA. I deployed Cacti
systemto monitoring bandw idth betw een LBNw ith other service providers.
- I built up a Squid caching proxy for one company w ith more than 150 users.
- Managing SAGE’s Cisco w ireless systemwith more than 360 access points by using Cisco Prime.
- I’m w orking in a big Project for SAGE to replace old clusters of Juniper SSG w ith new clustersof Cisco ASA in their head
quarter, and remote sites.
- Having good know ledge w ith some public cloud services like Microsoft Azure, AWS, Numergy (openstackbased).
- Working many in open source environment. I experienced both in Red Hat, Centos, Debian OS.
- I often do planning a w orking proceduresor a request for change (RFC) to migrate systemresources in production.
- I take client requests, and exchange info w ith themthrough a pow erfulticket systemnamed IDEFIX. I shared procedures and
client platforms w ith other colleagues on a WIKI portal.
- I often support clients via phone call, emails, and remote access tool. Client relationship is my soft skill, therefore Ioften
