8. My View of the Market
 With the exception of a short time between mid July
and mid August, the market has been especially
strong this year.
 Sales are up 7.4% from a year ago. The number of
listings is down. This is causing upward price
pressure in a big way.
 Sales for the first 8 months of the year averaged
99.8% of list price.
