Internationalization of Higher Education
2
 Internationalization of Higher Education is one of the ways a Country
responds to the impact of globalization, yet at the same time respects
the individuality of the nation.*
 Internationalization of Higher Education is the process of integrating
an international/intercultural dimension into the teaching, research
and service functions of the institution.**

“ …for internationalization to be successful it must be based on a
leadership ethos that is centered on active engagement and support for
such an institutional thrust. Leaders must connect and open doors; this
must be followed by prioritization and action. Casual relationships hardly
bring success….” 19
“the success of any university in the 21st century depends
on its ability to forge strategic alliances with global
international partners”
Thank You!
