E-Governance: One of the most prominent and focused area where Data Infosys Limited has its
expertise touching every vertical sector:
 Energy: DIL is executing the spot billing project for the Department of Energy, in the
Government of Rajasthan for the Jaipur Discom. The project includes design, development and
implementation of application software for on-spot bill generation. The services for system
operation includes: on-spot bill generation at the subdivision level as a daily activity, meter
reading, generation of energy bills and distribution thereof on the spot. The project also includes
system administration at each server level, i.e. Discom and circle level. Also, DATA Infosys has a
well established, accelerated, and no-current-complaint-management system for the
Department of Energy, under the State Governments of Rajasthan and Punjab.
 National Parks: DIL has its own portal, www.rajasthanwildlife.com, providing services to
Rajasthan Forest Department. Through this portal, tourists can access to authentic and updated
information on Rajasthan wildlife. Through our online trip planner and booking engine, tourists
can plan their visit and purchase online entry tickets for Ranthambhore National Park, Sariska
Tiger Reserve, Keoladeo Ghana National Park, and others local wildlife facilities. A desktop
application has also been developed by DIL for the Department, which has been installed at the
welcome counter of national parks for issuing boarding passes and tickets. In 2009, this project
has been selected amongst India's best IT implementation projects in E-Governance domain.
 Transportation (North Western Railways): DIL has handled various projects of NWR on turnkey
basis. These include providing internet services, network administration and maintenance at
NWR headquarters. DATA Infosys also maintains Oracle-based web applications like ITAS and
PRIME for the Department. The maintenance work includes updating database and performing
day-to-day operations related to the application. All these operations are being carried out by a
dedicated team of software & networking professionals deployed at the IT center of the NWR
Headquarters.
 Travel & Tourism: DIL has provided services to the Department of Tourism, which includes
designing, development and maintenance of its web portal. The web portal project includes:
hosting, maintenance, marketing, networking, email solutions, application development and
online e-payment. DIL has created a 24x7 chat support for all visitors coming on the web portal
and also enabled online bookings for RTDC hotels, which have been a mayor representative in
promoting tourism in Rajasthan over the past 5 years.
 Information Technology: DIL has worked on the implementation of several key IT-based
projects undertaken by the Government of Rajasthan (GoR). DIL has signed a MoU with the GoR
for the Jaipur Wi-Fi project. The company has developed the e-mail setup management system
for all departments of the GoR. DIL has also worked on the E-Mitra citizen payment service and
E-Sanchar project for pension beneficiaries, for the GoR. Hindi TTS, Software Dialer and a Data
conversion tool was used for the E-Sanchar project to automatically call the pension

2. beneficiaries for the release of their pension. The E-sanchar project was also selected as winner
by PCQUEST for BEST IT IMPLEMENTATION for the year 2009 with MAXIMUM SOCIAL IMPACT
for the year 2009.
 Social Justice: DIL has worked on the digitalization of entire operations and schemes for social
justice. The company has worked for several institutions on key projects including online
budget, SC sub-plan), hostels, residential schools for SC/ST/OBC and scholarship section
 Banking: DIL's email management software, Xgenplus has been integrated with Spamjadoo
(anti-spam, anti-virus and email privacy solution) in the online disaster recovery system for
Reserve Bank of India, Mysore. The company is currently providing customer service, domain
registration and email service for State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur and other national banks.
 Telecom: DIL operates the 'Call Center Management' services for the mobile and broadband
customers of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) in Rajasthan, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh and
Uttaranchal. It has also worked on the Material Management Software for BSNL.
 Power: DIL has worked on the facility management, network management, and a 24x7 online
support with software development for Nuclear Power Corporation of India (NPCIL). Also DIL is
providing Internet, FMS, Call center, Software & many other services to the power utilities like
JVVNL, JDVVNL, AVVNL, PSEB etc.
 Sports: Taking the conviction for innovation ahead, DIL has signed an exclusive agreement with
Rajasthan Cricket association as their exclusive IT implementation Partner agency for a period of
four year. In the first year the project for India V/s South Africa One Day online booking and
RFID security system was been selected as One of The Best IT Implementation for Year 2010.
Rajasthan bagged projects out of a total of 11 for Best IT implementation at the 'All India level' for the
year 2009. Both these projects have been proudly undertaken by DATA Infosys.
