Funds are made available through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. - Give an example of the difference between commercial and public/nonprofit enterprises, nonprofit nursing home loan CF Program vs. B&I profit-making entity. Emphasize that these projects must serve and be available to the community as a whole.
- Give an example of a broadly based board, emphasize this is an eligibility issue. All three elements don’t have to be a part of the project, but must include the first one.
