Dynamic mode of 16 steps is added to normal 2-step (Hi/Lo)
dynamic mode. This made precise current setting for various
test.
The current waveform can be set graphically on a color LCD
display. Either time or period (Frequency) display possible.
Load Station series has 1,024 words of memory for Sequence
operation. Various waveforms can be reproduced by storing
programmed data by a PC to the memory.
Same incremental period is applied commonly to all steps
from1ms min. to 1min as max.

MPPT feature which is used when testing solar
panels may be added to Electronic Load as an
option. Consult us before ordering.
Interface / External control
Load Station series is equipped with a USB
interface on the front panel. Optional GP-IB/
DIDO board (LX-OP01) enables connection with
GP-IB and PLC.
At the Sweep Mode, it sweeps (increment the load current
precisely at low level) load current and measures the voltage
and current values. The data is then shown as a plot on the
LCD real time.
Ex. OCP(Over current protection) of switching regulator and
I-V characteristics of rechargeable battery are tested by the
electronic load alone without using PC or program.

Optional ripple & Noise measurement board (RC-
02A) can be added to Load Station series. RC-02A
enables high accurate DC-V as well as Ripple &
Noise measurement. This is suitable to test various
batteries. Ripple and Noise are shown on the panel
at same time.

This unit is equipped with 6 types of loading mode and 4 types
of operation mode. Total 17 types of load tests are possible
by combination.
The loading mode is automatically switched at certain voltage
by the Automatic Switching Mode.
This feature is useful especially when testing chargeable
batteries to avoid over charging.

It is mandatory to conduct periodic maintenance of the power supplies in industrial equipment used in power plant or
other public services.
As power supply is the key devise in the system and their system will shut off when power supply failed and will
cause serious damage to our life. Normally ripple voltage and noise voltage of the power supply are measured in the
periodic check but those are not that straightforward.
Since the measuring object is “NOISE”, reading waveforms on the oscilloscope is very complicated and good
experience is needed. However digital ripple & noise meter can discriminate them and read them accurately.

Accessories
The DP-100 reduces common mode
noise drastically then measures the
signal between two measurement points
accurately. No power to the probe is
required.
When measuring by a oscilloscope, differential probe DP-100A can be used but use TRF-50F2 HF
termination resistor as seen below. (When measuring high voltage, it may burn 50 ohm
termination resistor above inside of oscilloscope.)

When measuring Ripple & Noise with an
oscilloscope, using this 50 ohm terminator (50
ohm resistor and DC cut capacitor inclusive)
is recommended for accurate measurement
because it can reduce Noise Reflection due to
impedance unbalance. The TRC-50F2 conforms
JEITA specification.

The current waveform can be set graphically on a color LCD display. Either time or period (Frequency) display possible. Load Station series has 1,024 words of memory for Sequence operation. Various waveforms can be reproduced by storing programmed data by a PC to the memory. Same incremental period is applied commonly to all steps from1ms min. to 1min as max. RC-02A enables high accurate DC-V as well as Ripple & Noise measurement. This is suitable to test various batteries. Ripple and Noise are shown on the panel at same time. Ripple & noise/High accuracy DC voltage measurement With the High Speed Current Control Technology, Load Station series realized max 30A/ μ s slew rate. (LN-1000A) The response speed can be set through USB or on the front panel. * Setting response speed is subject to the condition such as range. * High speed Electronic load is needed when testing DC power supply for high speed device. The loading mode is automatically switched at certain voltage by the Automatic Switching Mode. Load Station series act as a resistive load so the loading current is proportional to the loading voltage from 0V. Due to this feature, there is no delay on its loading current. However Load Station series incorporates High Speed Current Feedback Control Technology intended to eliminate this overshoot and realized ideal current shape. No power to the probe is required. When measuring by a oscilloscope, differential probe DP-100A can be used but use TRF-50F2 HF termination resistor as seen below. (When measuring high voltage, it may burn 50 ohm termination resistor above inside of oscilloscope.)
