Allstaff were very engaged in their own jobs so
 many of the times as an intern I lack the proper
 guidance.
As an intern, I don’t have authority for
 authorization of the documents because
 of which jobs could not be done efficiently, I
 need to wait till authorization of the minor
 documents as well.
Time frame to perform internship was short
   Organization should update the Job description as soon
    as there is change in the nature of work.
   Organization should maintain a proper skill inventory
    through Human Resource Information System so that
    the skills and knowledge of every single employee can
    be tracked by the organization
   Training and development has to be given on time to
    update them.
   Fish Tail Lodge should establish work friendly policies
   Pay system and facilities must be such, that
    create satisfaction among employees
 Visit the organization during internship period
 University need to appoint the internship
  coordinator to the person who has good
  business networks so that students get
  opportunity to reputed business organization.
 Make frequent contact with the students to
  check the improvement and provide the
  valuable suggestions
 Make contact with the organization to know
  the progress of the intern/students

  • 12. Allstaff were very engaged in their own jobs so many of the times as an intern I lack the proper guidance. As an intern, I don’t have authority for authorization of the documents because of which jobs could not be done efficiently, I need to wait till authorization of the minor documents as well. Time frame to perform internship was short
  • 13. Organization should update the Job description as soon as there is change in the nature of work.  Organization should maintain a proper skill inventory through Human Resource Information System so that the skills and knowledge of every single employee can be tracked by the organization  Training and development has to be given on time to update them.  Fish Tail Lodge should establish work friendly policies  Pay system and facilities must be such, that create satisfaction among employees
  • 14.  Visit the organization during internship period  University need to appoint the internship coordinator to the person who has good business networks so that students get opportunity to reputed business organization.  Make frequent contact with the students to check the improvement and provide the valuable suggestions  Make contact with the organization to know the progress of the intern/students
