4. 05.02.2009 Form2 and Form3 Teacher education learners, ages differing between 19 and 21 attended a blended learning course (in Spring, 2008). In particular, there were 41 CEIT, 40 ELT and 42 PESTE students from Near East University (NEU). ELT students had better English language skills, CEIT students had better computer language skills and PESTE students had lower computer skills and english language skills.
