and all kind of electrical and mechanical work.
Daily following check-up lists all the require maintenance to make shore all temperatures under
Hygiene food requirements & all the Electric extensions under GCC Standardization Organization and
Human safety require.
following all equipment’s servicing as sliding classes doors , A/C air conditions , chiller’s and freezer’s
display as well kitchen equipment’s like duck oven & rotary oven....Etc. ..
Ensure that all equipment is running in good condition in order to ensure good efficiency and good
quality product.
Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
Ensure maintenance jobs are carried out with minimum shutdown time.
