Dr. Nares Damrongchai is the Executive Director of the APEC Center for Technology Foresight, located in Bangkok, Thailand. As one of the Asia-Pacific region's leading foresight researchers and practitioners he has been active in conducting research, consulting, training, and publishing foresight-related works. He is also Director of Policy Research and Management at the National Science Technology and Innovation Policy Office (STI), Thailand.
