Download rstpd pacakge from http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/shemminger/rstp.git
$ cd rstpd
$ sudo make ; sudo make install

$ sudo ip link add type veth
$ sudo ifconfig veth0 mtu 1462
