EXAMPLES:

She talk - she talks
Note: I and you subject always take the base form
of the verb.
EXAMPLES:
 I walk to school everyday.
 You stretch your body before every game.
2. PRESENT TENSE
plural subject:
Used only the base form of verb = present tense
EXAMPLES:
They look - They look
We talk - We talk
Be verbs:
is, are, am

Habitual action:
Verb uses to refer to the repeated or regular
action.
EXAMPLES:
 The baby drinks milk every day.
 Dad always cooks for dinner.
 She usually goes to bed at 7 p.m.

Present condition:
Verb uses to express the present situation of the
subject
EXAMPLES:
 The weather today is cool.
 They like strawberries very much.
 We are at the park now.

subject
EXAMPLES:
 Filipino works hard to save money.
 Hypertension is a common illness among men.
 Filipinos are hospitable people.

Future action:
Verb uses to express the action that is happening
in the near future.
EXAMPLES:
 The class starts at 8’o clock.
