Loaf Cookery School is the West Midlands most innovative cookery
school, a place where you can learn forgotten food skills in the heart of the
second city. We believe everyone has the right to be able to find, cook, and
eat real food everyday, so we’ve developed a roster of courses that enable
you to do just that. In a world where real bread is so hard to come by, our
bread course will equip you to make consistently good, wholesome bread
at home. This hands-on course led by baker and Loaf director Tom Baker,
takes bread back to its essential ingredients – flour, water, salt and yeast –
and teaches you a great repertoire of beautiful breads.
PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE 5 SPACES LEFT IN THE WORKSHOP
ADVANCE BOOKING NECESSARY. BOOK NOW TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT
