2. Our addition is consisted of:
o Top quality Insulation( Styrofoam) is layered between granite and drywall
Comfort is improved year-round
Reduces energy cost about over 20%
It pays for itself in ten years
There is less need for heating and cooling
Saves non-renewable resources
Reduces greenhouse gas emissions
Virtually eliminates condensation on walls and
ceilings
Insulation materials can also be used for sound
proofing

Can be opened in summer time
Energy efficient to save on heating cost
Improved Comfort
Less Condensation
Increased Light & View
Reduced Fading

4. o Ceiling fans
They can complement air-conditioners and help them
run more efficiently which is better for the environment,
and significantly reduces electricity bills.
Ceiling fans are also helpful if installed above dining
tables or kitchens because they dissuade flying pests
from entering the room.
Ceiling fans also have a number of benefits over floor
standing or smaller desk-style fans. Ceiling fans become
part of the room’s décor, save space and are safer
particularly for children.
Today’s ceiling fans are more efficient, with
improvements in motors, controls, blade design

5. o Solar panels
Solar cells make absolutely no noise at all
Solar energy is a completely renewable resource
Solar energy creates absolutely no pollution
Very little maintenance is required to keep solar cells running
Solar panels and solar lighting may seem quite expensive when you first purchase it, but
in the long run you will find yourself saving quite a great deal of money
Solar powered panels and products are typically extremely easy to
install.

6. o Efficient Boilers
Heating boilers are the top choice of
environmentally conscious homeowners.
Heating boilers are easier to install than all
other types of heating systems
Most boilers are smaller than other types of
heating systems.
While heating boilers may have a high initial
cost, their operating costs are much lower
than that for other heating systems.

7. oRadiators
Not a dry heat.
Easy to switch certain radiators off, to heat
only the necessary rooms.
More common, and easier to replace.
Radiator covers can add comfort to a room.
Not expensive
Good common perception.
Quiet.
