This document introduces a new cross-platform monitoring project called NCPA. It aims to be extendable, backwards compatible, easy to use, and have few dependencies. The specifications outline that it will be written in Python, distributable as binaries, support passive monitoring via NRDP, and include an accessible API and HUD. A demo is then shown and interested parties are invited to contribute as it will be open source, including packaging, ideas, development and building.
