I spent a lot of time working for companies and people and in teams building software. I realized lots of people do it quite poorly, and relatively few people do it very well. I found some of those few and we started Carbon Five. When you work with people who you respect and can learn from, and vice versa, you can actually look forward to going to work every day. And I do.
